*Contraindications: A Massage Therapist who is interviewing a
new client may ask a series of questions and ask that a questionnaire
be completed. There are some medical conditions that require a
doctor's approval before massage is undertaken and some that are
contraindications to massage. Contraindications include such conditions
as active infections, varicose veins and phlebitis, broken bones,
